IA, Marion ~ Missing Shih Tzu/Maltese X

Missing in Marion, IA.  Last seen on Hwy 13 at 29th Ave. She was running south (towards Marion) in the North Bound lane shoulder at 9 PM on November 20th. 

Her name is Chloe and she is a white Shih-Tzu / Maltese. She is 8 years old and weighs about 10 lbs. She has a red collar on but the phone number on the collar is not correct. 

Please help bring her home. My kids are praying for her safe return. REWARD FOR SAFE RETURN.
