MO, Kansas City ~ Found Beagle

Found in Kansas City, MO, near 51st and Paseo, on 11/23/12.

While searching for my lost dog Quinn, I found a dog this morning. 

May be a Beagle, black & brown in color.  He has no collar or microchip.
