He has been missing since October 25th from the Westgreen subdivision on Saums (aka: Franz Rd), between Fry Rd. & Westgreen in Katy, Texas. He was found missing from his yard, when upon return home from surgery, his owners found the gate was open. Their two GSDs were at the front door...and the "baby" was gone.
He looks like a shaggy small poodle or a tiny little sheepdog that is solid white. He has brown freckles on his skin that you can see on his nose if you look closely (on the rest of his body that you can see when he is wet).
