Tito has been missing since 10/23/12 from San Antonio, TX. He was last seen around noon by Collier Elementary, on the southside of San Antonio, between SouthCross and Zarzamora.
He is a tiny Chihuahua, about 2 pounds. He doesn't bark or bite, but whimpers, squeaks and whines. He is very fragile, suffers from diabetes and needs medication if he gets sick.
