- Elderly, small (only 10 pounds) black dog got out of his yard on Tuesday 9/25 around just before Midnight.
- Near 2nd Ave/Glenview ave off of Crain Hwy in Glen Burnie.
- 14 years old, DEAF and has a heart condition that requires daily medication
- We suspect that someone may have found him and taken him in, thinking he was an abused or neglected dog because he is thin and in poor health. Trooper is LOVED and MISSED!!!
