LOST DOG IN THE HURRICANE (NYC).
A dear friend of mine lost his dog this afternoon during a walk. The dog slipped out of his collar and took off running. If you are in downtown Manhattan, please let me know if you see Arthur.
Arthur is an adorable, shy Beagle with brown and white spotting on his coat. His tail is almost perfectly half white and half brown. He is not wearing a collar, but has a microchip.
