Victor or Mouse (he will come to either) is a 5 lb Chihuahua/Min Pin X. He is neutered and chipped. He's black with brown
marks on his eyebrows, and legs, his face is graying. He is about 7
years old.
He was last seen 10/10/12 in Woodland Hills,
Ca, near Shoup and Topanga Canyon Blvd.
